We make only to order. The frame, the fabric, the rotation, the height — every detail is sized to the space you are giving it. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for a customer.
- ✓Bespoke geometry. We dimension each piece to the table, terrace or sail-area you send us — never to a stock catalogue.
- ✓Proven materials. Aluminium and steel frames with powder coating; 305 g/m² solution-dyed polyester or 140 g/m² PA-coated sail fabric.
- ✓European standards. UV-rated, colour-fast fabrics (Grade 3 to 6+), wind-rated frames, replaceable ribs and canopies.

Fabric swatches and frame colour chips arrive at your door before anything is built.

Production begins after your written confirmation. Typical lead time 6 to 10 weeks.

Every joint, every seam, every rotation tested before it leaves the atelier.

Insured freight across Europe. Most pieces install in under an hour with two people.
Materials & colours
Five frames. Forty fabrics. One harmonious whole.
Five frame finishes and a curated palette of 28 solution-dyed polyesters plus 18 olefin textures give you over two hundred combinations, all held to the same European UV and colour-fastness standard.

Before you write to us.
Do you really make every piece to order?
Yes. Every Ombrera parasol and shade sail is produced to the precise dimensions, frame finish and fabric colour you specify. We do not hold stock of finished pieces.
What is the typical lead time?
From finalised design and deposit, lead time is generally 6 to 10 weeks depending on the model and finishing. A fixed schedule is shared before production begins.
Can you ship anywhere in Europe?
We arrange insured freight across the EU, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and other European destinations. Shipping is quoted separately based on size and destination.
Do you offer installation?
For projects within mainland Europe we coordinate installation through trusted partners. Most cantilever and shade sail models are designed for straightforward on-site assembly by your team.
What warranty do you offer?
Frames carry a 5-year structural warranty. Fabrics carry the manufacturer's warranty against UV degradation and are replaceable for the lifetime of the frame.
